Description
The fruits of tomato Dzur-Dzur have an inverted egg-shaped form with a small tip, a deep red color when ripe, and light green when immature. Fruit weight varies from 40 to 65 grams, with dense flesh and 2-3 chambers. Tomatoes have excellent taste qualities and are suitable for fresh consumption as well as various preservation methods, including whole-fruit canning. Due to their high density and sturdy peduncle, the fruits withstand transportation and long-term storage without loss of quality.
Hybrid Dzur-Dzur exhibits high resistance to major tomato diseases, including tomato mosaic virus, fusarium wilt, verticillium wilt, leaf curl virus, and late blight. This makes it a reliable choice for cultivation in various regions and soil types, both in open and protected ground. Recommended planting density is 3-4 plants per square meter, with plant formation in one or two stems, which promotes optimal growth and maximum yield, reaching 24-26 kg per square meter.
