The plants of this variety are tall, reaching up to 2 meters in height, with weak branching and medium-sized green leaves. Flowering begins from the 7th leaf, and subsequent inflorescences appear every 1-2 leaves, ensuring stable fruiting. Each cluster produces 6 to 16 fruits, contributing to the plant's high productivity.
The fruits of tomato Dzur-Dzur have an inverted egg-shaped form with a small tip, a deep red color when ripe, and light green when immature. Fruit weight varies from 40 to 65 grams, with dense flesh and 2-3 chambers. Tomatoes have excellent taste qualities and are suitable for fresh consumption as well as various preservation methods, including whole-fruit canning.
