ELEGANT FINGERS

Tomato variety "Elegant Fingers" is an early, tall (indeterminate) type, primarily intended for cultivation in greenhouses. Plants reach a height of about 1.3 meters and require mandatory staking within a few days after transplanting. Plant shaping is done by training the plant to a single stem, removing all suckers and lower leaves, and pinching off the growth tip at the end of the growing season. Sowing seeds for seedlings is recommended in late February to early March, transplanting seedlings in the phase of the first true leaf, and transplanting seedlings into greenhouses in late April to early May. The optimal planting scheme is 40x60 cm.

The fruits of tomato "Elegant Fingers" have a sweet taste reminiscent of cherry tomatoes. They are elongated, weighing about 30 grams, dense, and covered with a tough skin. The fruits form long clusters, containing up to 25 fruits, ensuring abundant fruiting. Due to their density and flavor qualities, these tomatoes are ideal for pickling and salting.

The variety is characterized by a prolonged fruiting period, lasting until frost. Even in October, plants may still be laden with green fruits, which can be harvested and ripened further in a warm space, such as a basement. This allows for extending the usability of the harvest and enjoying delicious tomatoes for a longer period than usual.
