The fruits of tomato Ermak have an oval-round shape with a smooth but sufficiently dense orange-red skin. The weight of one fruit varies from 50 to 75 grams. Tomatoes are distinguished by good taste qualities and high firmness, allowing them to withstand long-distance transportation and storage under cool conditions for up to 35-40 days. Due to these properties, the variety is in demand for whole-fruit canning and commercial cultivation.
The ripening period of tomato Ermak is late — fruits fully ripen 85-123 days after emergence, depending on growing conditions. The yield of the variety ranges from 4.6 to 7.4 kg per square meter.
