They have a elongated plum-like shape and a vibrant pink color with green stripes, which merge upon full biological ripeness, making the fruits dark pink with less noticeable stripes. Inside, the fruits have two seed chambers and thick walls, and their flavor is characterized by pleasant sweetness with a slight acidity. To achieve the best flavor, it is recommended to allow the fruits to fully ripen.
