Farmer

Tomato 'Farmer' is an early-maturing hybrid with a determinate growth type, beginning to bear fruit approximately 85-95 days after emergence. Plants are robust, well-branched, reaching heights of 50-100 cm depending on growing conditions, allowing effective use of space in rows. The first flower cluster forms above the 6th-7th leaf, and fruits set both on central and lateral branches, maintaining uniform size and quality.

Tomato fruits have round or slightly oval shapes, weighing 30-60 grams, with a rich color ranging from bright red to dark pink, even vivid orange hues. They feature dense flesh, firmness, and resistance to cracking, ensuring good transportability. Flavor qualities are excellent: fruits are sweet, aromatic, with minimal seeds, making them ideal for fresh consumption, market sales, and canning in small jars.

The 'Farmer' hybrid is resistant to several diseases, including verticillium wilt, fusarium, and tomato bronze virus, and tolerates temperature fluctuations and stress conditions. Suitable for cultivation in both open and protected ground, with a recommended planting density of about 4 plants per square meter. Yield is approximately 8 kg/m2 in open ground and up to 10-12 kg/m2 in greenhouses, making this variety a reliable and productive choice for gardeners and farmers.
