Description
FIGGY RASPBERRY — a new early-maturing tomato variety with wonderfully flavorful and aromatic flesh. The plant is determinate, medium-height, suitable for cultivation both in open ground with support on stakes and in greenhouses. Fruits are pear-shaped, ribbed at the base, large, juicy, and multi-chambered, weighing up to 200–250 grams. The flesh is characterized by juiciness, tenderness, and sweetness, with a rich tomato flavor, making this variety an excellent choice for making fresh summer salads, tomato juices, and homemade canning.
Sowing seedlings is recommended in late March to early April, with transplanting carried out at the stage of the first true leaf. Transplanting seedlings into greenhouses can be done in early May, and under warm weather conditions — as early as late April. For plant formation, it is recommended to leave one stem and redirect the growth point to a lateral shoot (sucker). The optimal planting scheme is 40x60 cm, ensuring good development and fruiting.
The variety has comprehensive resistance to tomato diseases, significantly simplifying care and increasing yield.
