FINISH

The tomato variety 'Finish' is a late-maturing determinate or semi-determinate variety with a vegetation period of 120-130 days. Plants reach an average height of 60-75 cm, have a strong stem, and do not require mandatory staking, although staking is preferable for ease of cultivation. The variety is characterized by stable yield, reaching 7-7.5 kg per square meter, equivalent to 263-615 centners per hectare.

The fruits of tomato 'Finish' have round or slightly flattened-round shape, are orange-red in color, and weigh on average 71-100 grams. They possess excellent flavor, contain 2-3% sugar, beneficial organic acids, and a wide range of vitamins. Due to their size and shape, the fruits are versatile in use: they can be eaten fresh, canned whole, pickled, or used for making juice and tomato paste. The fruits of this variety are well-suited for transportation, making them convenient for commercial use.

The 'Finish' variety exhibits high resistance to verticillium wilt, enhancing its reliability when grown in open ground. For sowing, often treated seeds covered with a thin nutrient film containing fungicides or insecticides are used, which promotes earlier and stronger germination. The color of the coating may vary, but it does not affect the quality of the planting material.
