Description
Tomato Forshmak fruits have an original cube-shaped form with ribbed surface. Immature fruits are light green with dark green stripes, while ripe fruits turn red with orange stripes. Fruit weight ranges from 60 to 90 grams. A distinctive feature of this variety is high dry matter content, thick-fleshed, succulent pulp, and nearly hollow seed chambers, making the fruits especially suitable for stuffing. Flavor quality is high, with loose, easily removable pulp.
Yield of this variety ranges from 8 to 10 kg per square meter depending on growing conditions. Recommended planting scheme — 40x60 cm, ensuring optimal plant development and fruiting. This variety is medium-early, with a maturation period of approximately 110-120 days from emergence of seedlings. Due to its characteristics and qualities, Tomato Forshmak is an excellent choice for greenhouse cultivation aimed at obtaining high-quality fruits for fresh consumption and culinary use.
