Description
The fruits of tomato Geya have a round or slightly flattened shape, smooth and firm surface. Their weight varies from 51 to 70 grams, although some data indicate it may reach 130-200 grams. Immature fruits are green with a dark green spot near the stem, while ripe fruits turn bright red. The taste of the fruits is excellent, with dry matter content in juice of 4.0-4.4% and total sugar content of 2.1-2.6%, making them versatile for various culinary purposes.
