Description
Fruits are large, weighing 200 to 400 grams, and with proper care can reach up to 800 grams. They have a bright orange or yellow-orange color with slight ribbing and a flat-round or heart-shaped form. The flesh is juicy, with 3-4 seed chambers, containing a moderate amount of dry matter. Flavor qualities vary: fruits exhibit honey-like sweetness with fruity or grape notes, sometimes with a slight acidity and citrus aroma. Tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption, especially in vegetable salads and juices, and are recommended for children's and dietary diets.
For successful cultivation of the Golden Bell variety, use light, fertile soils and follow agronomic practices: sowing seeds for seedlings in late March to early April, transplanting when the first 1-2 true leaves appear, regular feeding with complex mineral fertilizers, and watering with warm water. Seedlings are planted in open ground after the frost threat has passed or under temporary film coverings in mid-May, following a planting scheme of 70x30-40 cm. Training the plant as a single stem with mandatory support on a trellis ensures optimal development and high yield, reaching 10-14 kg per square meter. The variety is resistant to major solanaceous diseases and adverse weather conditions.
