GOLDEN DOMES

Tomato Golden Domes is a determinate medium-maturing variety suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground. The plant forms a compact bush reaching 90 to 150 cm in height, requiring staking and pinching. Optimal bush formation involves 2-3 stems, promoting better growth and fruiting. Leaves are light green, medium-sized, and inflorescences are simple, appearing above the 8th leaf and then every 1-2 leaves thereafter. From germination to fruit ripening, it takes approximately 105-110 days.

Fruits are large, weighing 200-400 grams, with potential to reach up to 800 grams under proper care and fruit set regulation. They have a bright yellow-orange color, flat-round or heart-shaped form with slight ribbing. The flesh is juicy, with 3-4 seed chambers and moderate dry matter content. Flavor profiles are diverse: fruits may exhibit honey-sweetness with fruity or grape notes, mild acidity, and citrus aroma, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption. Tomato Golden Domes is ideal for salads, juices, and child and dietary nutrition.

For successful cultivation, use light, fertile soils and follow agronomic practices: sow seeds for seedlings at the end of March to early April, transplant seedlings upon emergence of 1-2 true leaves, provide regular complex mineral fertilizer applications, and water with warm water. Transplant seedlings into open ground after frost threat, maintaining a planting scheme of 70x30-40 cm. During vegetation, plants form a single stem and are tied to supports, which enhances yield, reaching 10-14 kg per square meter. The variety is resistant to major solanaceous diseases and adverse weather conditions, making it popular among gardeners.
