Description
The fruits of the Heart-Eater tomato have a characteristic heart-shaped form, sometimes slightly flattened, and are colored in a rich red-purple or burgundy-violet hue with possible greenish-metallic stripes and streaks. The weight of a single tomato varies from 120 to 400 grams, most often reaching 250-300 grams. The flesh is juicy, moderately firm, and has a classic tomato flavor, well-balanced and rich. The fruits contain few seeds, making them especially attractive for fresh consumption and culinary processing.
The Heart-Eater variety is distinguished by high yield and an extended fruiting period, allowing up to 3.5 kilograms of premium tomatoes to be harvested per plant under proper agronomic conditions. Additionally, this tomato exhibits good resistance to several fungal diseases and pests, including resistance to phytophthora and tomato mosaic, significantly simplifying care and increasing harvest stability.
