LUBO-GREEN

Tomato LUBO-GREEN is a medium-early variety with a maturity period of 111 to 115 days from full emergence. The plant is medium-height, reaching up to 1.5 meters, requiring staking and pinching after transplanting into open ground. Suitable for cultivation both in open ground and greenhouses, it provides a high yield of up to 6.5 kg per square meter.

The fruits of tomato LUBO-GREEN are flat-round, slightly ribbed, large, with an average weight of about 250 grams. Unripe fruits are green, while ripe ones develop an emerald-green hue with a bronze tinge. They are characterized by a sweet taste and high juiciness, making this variety one of the best green-fruited tomatoes for salads. The fruits are recommended for fresh consumption and are suitable for home cooking and canning.

Cultivation begins with sowing seeds for seedlings in March-April at a depth of 1-2 cm, followed by transplanting when the seedlings have 2-3 true leaves. Seedlings are transplanted into greenhouses in April-May and into open ground in June, following a planting scheme of 40x60 cm. Seeds retain viability for up to 10 years under proper storage conditions, although it is recommended to increase the sowing rate at the end of their shelf life. The variety is resistant to diseases, contributing to a stable and high-quality harvest.
