Description
The variety has a juicy flesh with a dry matter content of about 6.4%, providing excellent taste and aroma. The fruits have elevated sugar content, making them especially tasty and suitable for fresh consumption. Moreover, Malinovy Global is versatile in use: it is used for pickling, canning, sauce, ketchup, and tomato paste preparation. Due to its juicy structure and rich flavor, this variety's tomatoes are ideal for salads and juices.
Growing this variety requires plant training and staking, as well as regular care including watering, fertilization, weeding, and hilling. Seedlings should be sown in March–April, with transplanting in the seedling stage at the one- to two-true-leaf stage. Seedlings should be hardened off 7–10 days before transplanting. Tomatoes are planted under temporary covers in mid-May and in open ground in June with an optimal planting scheme of 50x60 cm. The variety has a prolonged fruiting period and is suitable for cultivation both in open and protected ground.
