Marusya

Tomato Marusya is an early-maturing determinate variety with a vegetative period of 105-110 days. The plant is low-growing, reaching a height of 0.5 to 0.8 meters, with a semi-spreading bush form. The first flower cluster forms above the 6th-7th leaf, subsequent clusters appear every 1-2 leaves. It is recommended to pinch the plant before the first flower cluster. Suitable for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings, including direct seeding. Tomato Marusya fruits are oval-slip-shaped with a distinctive nipple, intensely red, firm and juicy. The weight of one fruit ranges from 70 to 110 grams. The skin is tough, preventing cracking and fruit drop until harvest. The tomatoes have excellent flavor and are versatile in use: suitable for fresh consumption as well as for whole canning and processing. The variety shows high resistance to major tomato diseases such as verticillium and fusarium wilt, and also exhibits drought tolerance and heat resistance. Yield ranges from 6.5 to 7.5 kg per square meter, making this variety stable and highly productive even under adverse conditions.
