Minister

Tomato 'Minister' is an ultraprecocious determinate variety intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The vegetation period ranges from 80 to 115 days depending on the specific variety and growing conditions. Plants are low-growing, reaching heights of 30 to 60 cm, with simple fruit clusters bearing 3 to 5 fruits. Plants are medium-sized, practically do not form suckers, which simplifies care and increases yield.

The fruits of tomato 'Minister' have round or slightly flattened-round shape, bright red color, and weigh from 70 to 100 grams. They are dense, meaty, with smooth skin and no spots at the stem attachment. The variety is distinguished by high fruit uniformity, excellent quality, and good transportability, making it versatile for various uses.

A distinctive feature of the variety is high resistance to fungal diseases and comprehensive immunity to diseases typical of solanaceous crops. Tomatoes tolerate weather changes, temperature fluctuations, and insufficient sunlight, ensuring stable and prolonged fruiting under any conditions. It is recommended to grow by seedlings, sowing in late March to early April, followed by transplanting to beds with optimal planting scheme of 50x35 cm.
