Tomato Monastic Trappeza is a medium-early determinate variety with a compact bush reaching 0.7 to 1.5 meters in height depending on growing conditions. In greenhouse conditions, the plant may grow up to 1.3 meters. The bush forms 7-9 clusters with large fruits, which have an unusual orange color and a proper round shape, slightly flattened at the top and bottom.
The fruits of tomato Monastic Trappeza have a dense skin and weigh on average 140 to 180 grams, although with intensified care and fertilization, fruits weighing up to 400 grams may be obtained. Inside the fruits, there are about six seed chambers, with little juice. The taste of the tomatoes is delicate and sweet with low acidity, making them especially suitable for dietary nutrition.
The variety is characterized by stable and good yield, and its bright sunny color and large twin fruits make it attractive for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses.
