Tomato Moscow is a medium-maturing indeterminate variety with a vegetative period of 110 to 120 days from germination to technical ripeness. The plant is tall, reaching up to 1.8 meters in height, with large leaves and typically forms two stems, which promotes abundant fruiting and high yield. The plants are resistant to common diseases, simplifying care and improving the stability of fruit harvest.

The fruits of Tomato Moscow have a plum or pepper-like shape with a small stem, weighing between 80 to 150 grams. They are bright red, with a firm skin and juicy, succulent flesh, possessing excellent taste and sugar content. Due to the dense flesh structure, the fruits do not crack during pickling and retain their market appearance and nutritional value during long-term storage and transportation.

This variety is versatile in application: the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, whole-fruit canning, pickling, as well as for processing into tomato products such as juices, sauces, and ketchup. Regular watering and mineral fertilization are recommended to achieve optimal results. Training the plant into two stems promotes maximum yield and improves fruit quality.
