ROSMARIN

Tomato Rosmarin is a medium-maturing indeterminate hybrid intended for cultivation in plastic greenhouses and under temporary covers. The ripening period is approximately 111-115 days from germination to fruiting. Plants are strong, reaching heights of 150 to 200 cm, with large dark leaves and shortened internodes. For bush formation, one stem is recommended, and planting density should be around 2.8-3.0 plants per square meter, ensuring optimal conditions for growth and fruiting.

The fruits of tomato Rosmarin are very large, weighing up to 400 g, with individual specimens reaching up to 1 kg. They have a smooth, even surface and a bright pink color. The flesh has a tender, juicy, and dense texture with a "melting" consistency, making them especially delicious and appealing for fresh consumption. Due to its high provitamin A content, which is twice that of ordinary tomatoes, this variety is recommended for children's and dietary nutrition, as well as for salad use.

The yield is high, ranging from 8 to 11 kg per plant or 8.0-10.0 kg per square meter. Rosmarin is resistant to diseases such as tobacco mosaic virus, cladosporiasis, and fusarium, which simplifies care and increases cultivation reliability. To prevent fruit cracking, it is important to maintain optimal air humidity and avoid soil drying. Sowing for seedlings is done in March with transplanting at the stage of the first true leaf, and planting in greenhouses occurs in early to mid-May, with planting possible as late as late April under warm weather conditions.
