Tomato San'ka is an early determinate variety characterized by high yield and adaptability to various climatic conditions. The plant is low-growing, reaching up to 50 cm in height, requiring staking for ease of care and harvesting. The variety is well-suited for open-ground cultivation, and seedlings should be transplanted when weather is consistently warm. Thanks to its early maturity — around 85 days — Tomato San'ka allows for high-quality harvest even in short and cool summers.

The fruits of Tomato San'ka are round and bright red, without green spots at the stem. Each fruit weighs between 90 and 150 grams. The juicy flesh has a sweet taste and firm texture, making the fruits resistant to cracking and deformation during transport. The thick skin ensures long storage — up to a month at room temperature without loss of flavor or quality. These properties make the variety versatile for fresh consumption, culinary processing, canning, and sauce production.

Care for Tomato San'ka is standard and includes regular watering, soil loosening, and weed control. Fertilization is not mandatory if the soil was previously enriched with organic matter, but fertilizers can be applied once if needed. The variety is resistant to phytophthora and other fungal diseases, but requires preventive measures against pests and soil moisture control to prevent rot. With intensive care and optimal planting density, yield can reach 15 kg per square meter.
