Tomato SOKOLSKIY is an early-maturing hybrid with a determinate growth habit, reaching a height of 120-150 cm. The plant is known for its low maintenance and reliability, making it an excellent choice for growing on suburban plots, especially if regular care of the crops is not possible. For successful cultivation in open ground, it is recommended to stake the plants, while yields in greenhouses are significantly higher.
The fruits of tomato SOKOLSKIY are large, flat-round in shape with strong ribbing, weighing from 126 to 286 grams. Unripe fruits have a light green color, while ripe fruits turn to a deep red. Tomatoes have an excellent taste, high sugar content, and a powerful antioxidant, lycopene, making them both nutritious and delicious. The number of locules in the fruits exceeds six, indicating good fruit set.
This hybrid is characterized by a smooth yield and abundant fruiting. In greenhouse conditions, one plant can yield up to a bucket of large tomatoes. SOKOLSKIY is suitable for both fresh consumption in salads and for canning.
