JANTARNA GALAKTIKA

The JANTARNA GALAKTIKA tomato variety is a medium-ripening indeterminate type suitable for cultivation under film coverings and in greenhouses, as well as in open ground. The plant is vigorous, forming long clusters with 6-10 fruits; recommended pruning is to 2-3 stems. Leaves are medium-length and green, inflorescences are intermediate, with a distinct pedicel joint. The plant height in open ground reaches about 1.2 meters.

Fruits are flat-round, dense, and moderately ribbed, weighing from 130 to 300 grams. In immature stage, they are green with a characteristic dark purple spot at the pedicel, which remains even after ripening. Ripe fruits are brightly orange-red with yellow or red tints, giving them a decorative and attractive appearance. When cut open, the flesh is vivid orange with red rays, as if illuminated from within.

This variety is distinguished by high levels of lycopene and anthocyanins, which not only give the fruits their rich color but also enhance their nutritional value. The taste of the fruits is among the sweetest among tomatoes, with a vivid tomato aroma and fruity notes, making them especially appealing for salads and fresh consumption. The yield is high — under film coverings, it reaches 7-8 kg per square meter, and according to some sources, up to 14.5 kg. JANTARNA GALAKTIKA combines excellent decorative qualities, disease resistance, and outstanding flavor.
