YAPPI

Tomato Yappi is an early-maturing determinate variety developed by Russian breeders through long-term selection work using the varieties Karamelka and Plamya. The plants are bushy, medium-sized, about 40 cm tall, lightly hairy, and do not require staking. The leaves are small, of ordinary type, and the inflorescences are simple, with 7-11 flowers. The fruits of Yappi are small, round, cherry-shaped, weighing 20-22 g, with a smooth surface and medium density. Their color turns pink when ripe, while unripe fruits are green with a small green spot at the stem.

This tomato variety is intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers, especially in Western Siberia. Yappi is well adapted to local climatic conditions and is recommended for amateur vegetable growers. The period from germination to flowering is approximately 90-94 days, allowing for early harvest. The plant tolerates dense planting schemes, which helps efficiently utilize space.

The fruits of Tomato Yappi have a pleasant taste and are suitable for fresh consumption, including for making salads.
