The variety is characterized by high yield, reaching approximately 2 kg of marketable fruit per square meter.

The fruits of Tomato Jubilee of the Suburbs have a pear-shaped or round form, smooth and firm bright red skin without green spots. Fruit weight ranges from 40 to 70 grams; they do not crack or shed, which contributes to good storage and transportability. The flesh is juicy, with low moisture content and no cavities, making the tomatoes especially tasty and nutritious. Due to these qualities, the fruits are suitable for both fresh consumption and canning or processing.

The Jubilee of the Suburbs variety responds well to moderate and regular watering, fertilization, and staking, which promotes the formation of 5-8 fruits per cluster and an extended fruiting period.
