Description
The Jigalo variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. To obtain high-quality seedlings, seeds are sown in specially prepared soil containing turf soil, manure, and sand, at a temperature not lower than 16°C. After the appearance of two true leaves, seedlings are transplanted into individual pots. One week before transplanting, a mineral fertilizer with a predominance of potassium and phosphorus is recommended. Seedlings are transplanted to their permanent location after the danger of frost has passed. When grown in open ground, the variety does not require bush shaping.
Tomato Jigalo fruits have dense flesh and skin, a sweet taste, and moderate weight, making them versatile for fresh consumption and canning. The yield of this variety reaches 15-15.5 kg per square meter, indicating its high productivity. Due to its characteristics and compactness, the Jigalo variety is an excellent choice for gardeners seeking a high-quality and tasty tomato harvest.
