Description
Kimera watermelon fruits are large, with a wide-elliptical shape, featuring dark green striped rind on a light green background. The average fruit weight varies from 10 to 13 kilograms. The flesh is distinguished by its dark red or purple color, medium density, crisp texture, and high sugar content — about 8.1%, which exceeds the indicators of the well-known 'Crimson Sweet' variety. Seeds are small and brown.
The variety is characterized by high transportability and stable yield, reaching 20 tons per hectare on dry land and up to 80-100 tons with irrigation. Thanks to these qualities, the Kimera watermelon is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions and is an excellent choice for consumers who value sweet and juicy fruits with superior taste characteristics.
