Barhan

The BARHAN F1 watermelon is an early hybrid of the Crimson Sweet type, developed by Dutch breeders of Syngenta Seeds. The vegetation period from transplanting seedlings to harvest is 63-65 days. The plant is long-vined, with abundant foliage and a well-developed root system, providing high resistance to drought, low temperatures, and stressful growing conditions. The hybrid does not shed fruit under adverse conditions and is resistant to major diseases of melon crops.

The fruits of the BARHAN F1 watermelon have a round-oval shape, uniform in size and weight, which is 9-11 kg. The rind is dense and 11-12 mm thick, providing reliable protection against damage and cracking, as well as excellent storability and transportability. The flesh is bright red, crisp, sweet, and juicy, with no fibers. The distinct sweet taste and refreshing aroma of the watermelon intensify during storage, making it especially attractive to consumers.

The BARHAN F1 hybrid is versatile: it is suitable for both early cultivation under cover and for summer direct sowing.
