KIZLYARETS

Kizlyarets is a mid-early grain amaranth variety distinguished by its high yield and excellent taste qualities. The plant reaches a height of 110 to 150 cm, and the seed maturation period is 95-105 days. The amaranth leaves are green, the inflorescences are yellow-green and turn red upon maturation, while the seeds are round and light yellow. This variety is widely used as a food crop due to the high content of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, biologically active substances, and trace elements in the seeds and green mass.

Amaranth Kizlyarets prefers light and warmth, responds well to irrigation, and is capable of growing on almost all soil types, including sandy, rocky, and saline soils. It is resistant to diseases and unfavorable conditions, making it a reliable choice for cultivation both in open ground and under winter cover. The seed yield per plant ranges from 100 to 160 grams.
