Yulia

Aster "Yulia" is an annual plant of the daisy family that quickly attracts attention with its bright and delicate flowering. Bushes are compact, upright, 55 to 70 cm high, with a sturdy stem system, making them wind-resistant and easy to plant in rows or group compositions.

The flower heads of aster "Yulia" differ in large size – diameter 10–12 cm, peduncle length 25–30 cm. The flower has a ray form with wide petals and a soft-limon or golden-yellow color, sometimes a pinkish tint is encountered. Up to 20 flower heads can develop on one plant, and the flowering period lasts from early July to late October, providing a bright garden decoration for almost three months.

Care for the plant is simple and does not require special effort: it prefers sunny areas, moderately moist soil, but is resistant to fusarium. Planting is done either directly into open ground (depth 2–3 cm) or through seedlings, which are transplanted in late May. Distance between plants is 30 cm. Regular moderate watering and twice application of mineral fertilizers will ensure good development and prolonged flowering. Aster "Yulia" is also valued for its durability in cutting, which makes it popular in decorative compositions and bouquets.
