SUSANA

SUSANA is a fast-growing hybrid green cauliflower intended for autumn cultivation. The plants feature powerful development and a healthy appearance, with dark green, raised and erect leaves, typically numbering from six to seven per plant. The florets are large, dense, and spherical, held high above the soil, featuring an attractive bright green or light green color with a smooth surface. Upon maturity, the florets may open slightly, which is a characteristic of this hybrid.

The SUSANA hybrid possesses excellent floret self-covering ability, which contributes to their protection and quality preservation. It tolerates cold weather well, making it especially suitable for growing in regions with a cool climate. The optimal planting time is such that harvest occurs during the second or third month of autumn, depending on the region. The maturation period after transplanting is about 72 days, and the recommended planting density does not exceed 29,000 plants per hectare.
