Afalon F1 carrot is a medium-late maturing hybrid belonging to the transitional nantes-berricum type. The period from sowing to harvest is 115-120 days, allowing for the collection of high-quality harvest at optimal times. The roots are conical with a blunt tip and reach a length of 17-19 centimeters. Their bright orange color is uniform, without any annotation tint or green spots, indicating high fruit quality.

This variety is ideally suited for mechanical harvesting, significantly simplifying the harvesting process and increasing its efficiency. The roots are mostly underground, with only the upper part protruding above the surface, facilitating mechanical processing.
