Average dry matter yield in the Central region is 84.6 centners per hectare, with a maximum of 228.2 centners. Protein content in the plant is approximately 16.7%, while fiber content is 28.2%, ensuring high-quality feed.
CALLISTO combines well with other grasses in mixtures, particularly upright and tall species such as Italian ryegrass, hybrid ryegrass, and festulolium. This versatile variety suits various farms and is widely used for producing silage, hay, and haylage, revealing its significant potential in feed production.
