KV 4 F 618 is an early-maturing hybrid corn, intended for dual use — for grain and silage. Ears have a conical-cylindrical shape, 25–27 cm long, with toothed kernels of orange-yellow color. Kernel rows vary from 35 to 40 per row, and rows per ear range from 12 to 14. The thousand kernel weight is 260–280 grams, with a grain yield of 81%. The hybrid is characterized by high starch content — 72.3%, and protein — 8.7%, making it valuable for feed purposes and grain production. Potential grain yield reaches 110 centners per hectare, and silage yield — 570 to 600 centners per hectare. Recommended growing regions include the Polissia, forest-steppe, and steppe zones, where the hybrid performs best.
