Description
MAS 40F is characterized by high resistance to stressful conditions, including drought and temperature fluctuations, making it a reliable choice for the Polissia and Forest-Steppe regions of Ukraine. The hybrid has excellent phytosanitary status, thanks to its genetic resistance to diseases such as fusarium, stalk and ear fusarium, helminthosporium, and summer and blister rust. Resistance to drought is rated 8, lodging resistance — 7, and rust resistance — 9, which helps preserve both the quality and quantity of the harvest even under adverse conditions.
Recommended planting density depends on water availability: under adequate moisture, optimal density is 65-75 thousand plants per hectare, while under limited moisture — 60-65 thousand. Seed treatment with Maxim HL and Alios is recommended to protect plants during early growth stages. MAS 40F is an excellent choice for farmers aiming to achieve stable and high-quality corn yields under various climatic conditions.
