When working with Folpan from ADAMA, the first thing you notice is its reliability. As a contact fungicide, it doesn't give fungus a chance to develop, provided you follow the dosage and spraying schedule. In vineyards, it has become a staple for controlling downy mildew and oidium, especially during active growth phases when maintaining a robust protective barrier on leaves and bunches is critical.

Field application insights

The water-dispersible granule formulation makes an agronomist's life significantly easier: the product dissolves quickly, doesn't clog sprayer nozzles, and minimizes dust during tank loading. Since it is a contact product, the quality of coverage depends heavily on equipment calibration. At a rate of 1.5–2 kg/ha, Folpan delivers stable results when applied uniformly.

The product can be used up to 3 times per season, allowing for flexible integration with systemic fungicides as part of an anti-resistance strategy. For the operator, the main advantage is a clean tank mix and the assurance that the fungicide remains effective on the plants even after light rainfall, provided the spray solution has dried on the foliage.
