Why Meganik delivers in the field

The core strength of this product lies in its combination of three triazole-based active ingredients: difenoconazole, prothioconazole, and tebuconazole. In field conditions, this provides a major advantage: while one component blocks spore formation, the others work systemically to halt mycelium development deep within plant tissues.

• Speed and Systemic Action: The product penetrates leaf surfaces rapidly. Even if you miss the preventative window, the systemic action helps arrest disease progression in its early stages.
• Broad Spectrum of Control: We use it on wheat and barley to manage septoria and fusarium, while on sunflowers and rapeseed, it handles phomopsis, phoma, and alternaria with ease.
• Flexible Application Rates: With usage rates ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 l/ha, you can optimize costs based on the actual phytosanitary situation, avoiding chemical overuse.

Operational experience and recommendations

The emulsifiable concentrate formulation is easy to mix, flows well through sprayer nozzles, and doesn't cause problems during preparation. We typically plan for a maximum of two applications per season, which is sufficient to ensure a healthy crop. Given its Class 3 hazard rating, standard protective measures and strict adherence to wind speed safety are required during application.
