Zorevoy — a very early ripening table grape variety belonging to the Eastern eco-geographical group. Bushes are medium-sized with good cane maturity. Leaves are medium-sized, deeply lobed, five-lobed, netted-creased and often large-bubbly, with a hairless underside. Flowers are bisexual, which contributes to stable fruit set.
Clusters are conical, loose, and of medium density. Berries are large, round in shape, pale pink in color with a thin skin. The flesh is meaty and juicy, making the grapes particularly attractive for fresh consumption. On average, the period from budburst to full berry maturity is about 110 days with a sum of active temperatures of 2250–2300°C.
The variety is characterized by high yield — from 100 to 140 centners per hectare. Disease and pest resistance in Zorevoy is relative, and winter hardiness is medium.
