ADAMANT

Adamant salad is a unique spring variety characterized by a distinctive glossy honey-yellow leaf hue, which adds special decorative appeal. The plant forms a loose and voluminous rosette up to 45 cm in diameter, making it eye-catching both in the garden and on a plate. The lettuce leaves are large, very crinkled, with a soft oily texture and a delicate sweet taste without bitterness. Thanks to its bright color, Adamant salad creates an excellent contrast with classic green and red varieties.

This variety is noted for its early maturity and rapid growth: the first harvest of tender, crisp greens can be collected within three weeks after seedling emergence, with full maturity occurring around 50 days. The leaves are dense, juicy, and textured, imparting a spicy nutty flavor and a bright taste note to dishes. The salad is well-adapted to a wide range of climatic conditions, blooms slowly, allowing for high commercial yields with late bolting.

Adamant is suitable for sowing from early spring to late autumn and provides a prolonged harvest: when outer leaves are cut, the plant continues to grow and form new shoots.
