Funly F1 lettuce is an early leaf lettuce hybrid of the Batavia type, developed by the Dutch company Syngenta Seeds. This variety is intended for cultivation during the summer season, primarily under protected ground conditions such as plastic greenhouses and glasshouses. From emergence to harvest, it takes approximately 25-28 days, making it quick-maturing and convenient for early harvests. The plant features a strong root system and high resistance to stress conditions, ensuring stable productivity even with minimal care. The hybrid is resistant to common diseases such as mosaic virus, lettuce nematode, and bolting.

The Funly F1 lettuce plant forms wavy, corrugated leaves of bright green color with a delicate lettuce hue and sheen. Leaves reach a length of 20-25 cm, possess a crisp texture, mild flavor, and are completely free of bitterness. The average head weight is around 300-350 grams. Due to its high content of vitamin C, sodium, choline, and lactucin, this lettuce is not only delicious but also nutritious. After harvest, the leaves maintain their firmness, freshness, and market appearance for a long time, making this hybrid attractive for commercial use and culinary applications.

Funly F1 is characterized by high yield — approximately 3-3.1 kg per square meter. It tolerates increased temperatures and can be grown during the summer without the risk of bolting. The crop requires moderate watering and does not tolerate excess moisture. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation under both temporary and permanent coverings made of plastic or glass, expanding its applicability across various agronomic conditions.
