The head is semi-open, round and loose, with a diameter of 13-15 cm, a height of approximately 15 cm, and a weight from 250 to 280 grams. The salad leaves are wavy, tender, oily to the touch, with a refreshing and slightly sweet taste, colored in rich green.

The yield of the variety reaches 3.5-3.8 kg per square meter, making it quite productive. One of the important advantages of the "Break" variety is its bright appearance and excellent taste, as well as a long storage period, especially under conditions of a long light day. The variety is distinguished by its resistance to bolting, which increases its reliability when growing.

Growing "Break" salad requires careful care, including adherence to optimal temperature, illumination, and watering conditions. The variety is undemanding and adapts well to low temperatures, allowing it to be grown both in greenhouses and in open ground.
