DUBROVSKIY

The 'Dubrovskiy' salad is a mid-season leaf variety with a vegetation period of 50-60 days, reaching its maximum size by the end of this period. Plants form a beautiful loose rosette with a diameter of 25-30 cm and a height of 25-27 cm. Leaves are elongated, green, without anthocyanin coloring, with a wavy edge resembling oak leaves, which gives the variety a unique appearance. The leaf blade is tender, with an oily texture and a pleasant taste; it does not become bitter when overgrown, making the salad especially attractive to consumers.

This variety is undemanding and highly adaptable, growing well both in open ground and in greenhouses, capable of withstanding high temperatures and thriving in various soil conditions, including rocky soils. Seeds have excellent germination, ensuring a stable and high yield of greens. The average yield is 3.0-3.5 kg per square meter, and plants are able to regrow after partial cutting, allowing for multiple harvests per season.

The 'Dubrovskiy' salad is resistant to bolting and various diseases, which significantly facilitates its cultivation and improves product quality. Thanks to its taste qualities and decorative appearance, this variety is popular among gardeners and farmers seeking an early and stable harvest of fresh greens. Selective harvesting is possible as early as one month after seedlings emerge, allowing the salad to be used fresh for a long time.
