Elburis lettuce is a mid-season type of iceberg lettuce, characterized by a dense head weighing around 600 grams. The lettuce leaves are juicy and crisp, with an attractive wavy edge and a bright green color, without any bitterness. Thanks to its qualities, this variety is excellent for culinary use, serving as a perfect base for various salads and fresh dishes.

Elburis is characterized by high resistance to unfavorable growing conditions, including cold, heat, temperature fluctuations, and is also tolerant to bolting and leaf marginal burn. The variety is stable and reliable, demonstrating good field resistance to diseases, which makes it suitable for cultivation both in open and closed ground. The maturation period is approximately 49-53 days from seedling transplanting to harvest.

This lettuce is versatile in application and can be grown from early spring to late autumn, allowing for a quality harvest throughout the season. Elburis heads differ in excellent appearance, are well preserved during storage, and look profitable on shelves, making it in demand for both home use and commercial cultivation.
