Elsol lettuce is a hybrid iceberg-type variety developed by the Dutch company Nunhems, intended for cultivation in open ground from spring to autumn. The plant has a medium maturity period and forms a round, even head weighing about 500 grams. The Elsol variety exhibits high resistance to various diseases, including viral and fungal infections, leaf edge burn, false powdery mildew (Bl:16-31), and rot caused by excessive soil and air moisture.
