Khrustik

Hrustik salad is a mid-season semi-head variety that reaches maturity 65-75 days after germination. The rosette is of medium size, loose, with semi-upright and semi-erect form, weighing up to 220 grams. Leaves are large or medium, dark green, with fan-shaped form and ruffled edges, slightly wavy margins, and small cuts on the tips. The head is round, smooth, and dense, reaching up to 22 cm in height and up to 30 cm in diameter, with a greenish-white cut.

This variety is distinguished by the tender texture of leaves and the absence of bitterness, making it one of the tastiest among similar varieties. The taste of the salad is sweet, crunchy, and pleasant, without acidity, which is ideal for fresh consumption.
