RHODODENDRON LACE NK

Rhododendron Lace NK is one of the most decorative varieties of leaf lettuce of the Lollo Rossa type, distinguished by its bright triple red leaf coloration. The leaves of this variety are short, wide, strongly ruffled with wavy edges, giving the lettuce an attractive appearance. They are tender, juicy and oily, possess excellent taste qualities — tender, crisp and juicy flavor, which makes the variety ideal for use fresh, including as baby leaf.

The variety is mid-season, ripening in 45-55 days, forming a powerful rosette of leaves. Yield is about 4.1 kg per square meter. Rhododendron Lace NK maintains intense coloring even at low light levels, which is especially important when growing in greenhouses during the winter period. Moreover, the variety is characterized by high resistance to diseases, in particular lettuce drop, which increases its reliability and crop quality.

This lettuce is perfect for both commercial production of vegetable products and growing by amateur gardeners. It is adapted to modern market requirements and industrial processing technologies.
