STAVROPOLSKY 1

The hybrid Hemerocallis 'Stavropol 1' is a dwarf variety with plants reaching about 45-47 cm in height during mass flowering. The bush is compact with a generative shoot that stands above the leaves and reaches a height of up to 80 cm. The leaves are medium-green, drooping, about 79-80 cm long and 1.9-2.0 cm wide, giving the plant a neat and decorative appearance.


The flowers of the 'Stavropol 1' variety are characterized by a rich orange color with iridescence, rounded, wrinkled petals that are ruffled along the edge. The flower diameter reaches 13 cm, flowering begins in mid-July and lasts about 25-30 days. Flowers are simple, triangular in shape, with a dense inflorescence 14-15 cm long, in which 1-2 flowers are open simultaneously. Daytime flowering with a moderate aroma makes this variety attractive for decorative use.


The variety is distinguished by its resistance to scorching and good decorative quality, allowing it to be used in various landscape compositions. It is recommended for planting on alpine slides, rockeries, and in soliters, where it will look effectively due to its bright coloring and compact form. The duration of the vegetative period is average, and the percentage of fruiting flowers is at a medium level, indicating a stable and reliable decorative function of the plant.
