«Kenter» is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including the Volga-Vyatka, Middle Volga, and Ural regions, as well as in the Northern forest-steppe zones of the Pre-Urals, Sverdlovsk and Penza regions, and the Central and Eastern steppes of the Orenburg region. The variety shows good adaptation to the climatic conditions of these regions, although its drought resistance is about 1 point lower than the standard. The average maturation period is 67 to 90 days, which makes its maturation a few days later or earlier than some other varieties.
The «Kenter» variety is resistant to powdery scab and crown rust, but is susceptible to stem rust. The yield of the variety is high and averages 32.5-40.5 centners per hectare, with maximum indicators reaching up to 82 centners per hectare. Due to its characteristics and grain quality, the variety is included in the list of valuable varieties and is recommended for widespread use in agriculture.
