Agrobiological Profile and Yield

This variety displays significant plasticity across various growing conditions. Its growth cycle ranges from mid-season (95–110 days) to late-season (110–125 days), providing flexibility in planting and harvesting logistics. The plants reach a height of 90–120 cm, yielding a robust vegetative mass. Under optimal agronomic management, the variety achieves yields of 40–50 decitonnes per hectare.

Disease Resistance and Phytosanitary Profile

A primary advantage of Podgorny is its natural resilience against economically critical pathogens:

• High resistance to stem rust and bacterial spotting.
• Proven durability against Mycosphaerella leaf spot, brown spot, and various rust infections.
