This variety is distinguished by high resistance to major diseases, in particular pink mold, which ensures reliability and stability of the crop. Erli Star onion is well preserved for 90 days, which is an excellent indicator for winter varieties. High content of dry matter in the flesh, reaching up to 12%, gives the bulbs a rich aroma and pronounced sharp taste, making them in demand for both culinary use and long-term storage.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to use fertile soils with sufficient nitrogen fertilizer levels and ensure regular irrigation. The seeds have high germination, which contributes to obtaining a quality and abundant harvest.
