The round onion variety Infinity is a mid-late hybrid characterized by high market yield and excellent bulb quality. The maturation period is 130-135 days, allowing for harvest within optimal timing. The bulbs have a round shape, weighing between 90 and 170 grams, with dry skins in dark brown or dark bronze color with a distinct gloss, and white juicy parts. The onion has a sharp taste, making it attractive to consumers. Average maturity before harvest reaches 88%, and after curing — 97%, indicating high product quality.

A feature of the Infinity variety is its high storability and ability for long-term storage — more than 9 months. This is achieved due to the high content of dry matter in the bulb and tightly fitting skin scales, of which there are no fewer than 3-4 at the time of harvest. Such characteristics make the variety suitable for a fully mechanized harvesting process and ensure good preservation during transportation over long distances.

Plants of the Infinity variety possess massive vegetative mass and a strong root system, which contributes to the formation of large and high-quality bulbs. The hybrid is resistant to diseases such as fusarium and pink rot, increasing cultivation reliability and reducing crop losses.
